My commitment to excellence is to provide patients with administrative assistance. The foundation of my skills comes from countless hours of continuing education and training programs. Firstly, my goals are to continue to grow both professionally and personally. Secondly, I want to continuously exceed expectations by providing a warm, inviting environment and exceptional customer service.
Lastly, in my free time, I enjoy golfing, hiking and spending time with my son.
Olena Polishchuk | Registered Dental Hygienist
I came to Canada with my family 17 years ago from Ukraine where I graduated from medical school as an obstetrician nurse. My professional training in Canada includes the International School –Dental Assistant program and George Brown College for Dental Radiology. In 2000, I started to work at Dr. Jivan’s dental office as a full-time Dental Assistant. It’s the friendly atmosphere, amazing staff, cleanness, and state of art equipment that nurtured my love for dentistry. I really enjoy being part of this dental team.
Finally, six years later I decided to become a Registered Dental Hygienist and studied at Kent Dental College. I was very happy when in May 2011 Dr. Jivan offered me a full-time position as a Dental Hygienist. Indeed, I am always improving my skills and knowledge and take continuing education courses each year in periodontics, dental lasers, and Invisalign dentist to name a few. In my personal life, I love to travel, enjoy dancing and reading. Lately, I started to play tennis and do stretching exercises.
Cecilia | Certified Dental Assistant | Level II 
I have more than 11 years of experience as a certified dental assistant (level II) and am a highly skilled dental professional who possesses a diverse set of knowledge. In addition, I enjoy working collaboratively with all members of the oral healthcare team. I ensure that the office is a safe and healthy workplace for our patients and all the dental team.
In my free time, I like reading, listening to music, dancing, and spending time with my dog.
